McKinsey's agile transformation practice had a blind spot: the tools didn't talk to each other. Strategy sat in spreadsheets, OKRs in slide decks, talent data somewhere else. I led a small design team of 3 on a 0-to-1 project, responsible for the full product design from the ground up. I defined the information architecture of a complex enterprise system, designed the OKR tracking, KPI dashboards, talent deployment views, roadmaps, and financial reporting surfaces, and built the design system that held it all together. I also shaped the overall product strategy alongside McKinsey consultants, translating business transformation frameworks into actual product decisions. The result was a platform used by 5,000+ enterprise users across North America, Europe, and Australia, and a global success story as a McKinsey Solution.
